It’s a deflated skin of her that you put on to become her. It came in the mail after a couple of weeks with a bunnysuit you also ordered to put on.

Putting on the bodysuit of Makima was like wearing a onesie. Once the fit was decently aligned, you closed the zipper and let the changes commence. Your whole body compressed from the inside. The skin was flappy, but it got extremely tight to merge with you. Your legs and arms got slim. Your butt and breasts expanded with new fit to get an ideal female body type. The red hair that was nothing more than a wig became your hair, and your facial features became her feminine ones as your eyes became orange with signature circulars in them. Your nipples were inverted, but then they stuck out as your crotch, hiding your male genitalia, shifted from the inside to become the female genitalia seen on the suit.

Your transformation completed. Looking in the mirror, you saw a naked Makima, the mature redhead helping the Demon Hunters in the Chainsaw Man manga. It was difficult to put on the bunnysuit, but once you did, you were satisfied that the ears, collars, and leggings complimented your body. Her character wouldn’t wear this, but it’s fun to play around and cosplay in the way you wanted to. You weren’t bothered by your reduced height and change in race to being Japanese. A solid part of you enjoyed this new pale skin, feminine allure, and lewd clothes. You’re definitely going to take some pictures and enjoy “roleplaying” as her in bed, exploring the benefits of being a woman. With the right mindset, though, you weren’t roleplaying. You *are* Makima.

After reading the whole Chainsaw Man manga, I can confirm that Aki (the best csm character) is thicker than Makima.
